Stuffed Pizza

Ingredients
3½ cups Bisquick Mix
1 jar of your favorite pizza sauce
approx. 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage (I used pepperoni instead)
3/4 cups cold water
Add any additional favorite pizza toppings, I added onions and green peppers

Preparation
First heat the oven to 450 degrees. Take a baking dish and grease it. Take a pan. Put the ground beef and sausage in it. Heat it until it gets brown. Drain out the excess fat and keep it aside. Take a bowl. Mix Bisquick and water to form dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts. 1st part should be slightly larger. Dust the baking mix or flour on flat surface and roll larger portion of dough on it. After rolling fold it into thirds places it in dish, unfold and press it on bottom. Sprinkle cheese over it and cover it with sauce add other toppings and meet again cover it with cheese. Roll the 2nd part of dough and then fold it into thirds. Place it over cheese in baking dish. Unfold it and press it. Seal together the edges of both crust top and bottom. On the top crust make a small slits, spread the remaining sauce and cheese on top crust. Bake it for about 20-25 minutes until it gets golden brown.

It's quick, it's easy and best of all delicious!
