This is the recipe I made yesterday off of Pinterest. It's pretty close to what Mike's mom fixes in the oven that Mike likes so well except hers doesn't include the onion soup mix. It was so good and tender.
Cube steak
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
3/4 cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low all day. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes or with your favorite side dishes.
